Douglas Fasching is the primary author of Actuate Journal. He has been paying his mortgage with Actuate since 1998 and version 3 (3 maybe–4 for sure). Currently he’s working with versions 8 and 9 and BIRT. He’s written reports for the telecommunications, health care, service desk, and financial industries. If his name sounds familiar–it probably shouldn’t–then it might be because he trained you in the glory years from 2000 to 2002.
